Very attractive fragment depicting Diana, her quiver and her dog on a pedestal supported by two satyrs, framed by a border of ovals Attributed to Brussels, probably Pieter van Aelst workshop, circa 1518, early 16th century Wool and silk, wear and tear, lined H. 1.35 m - L. 0.54 m The workshops of Pieter van Aelst produced this type of border for the Acts of the Apostles hanging in the Vatican.
