Fragment of thermal liner from Soyuz TM-7 capsule The TM-7 mission and this Soyuz spent 151.48 days in orbit and circled the Earth 2,400 times. The black-lacquered wooden stand features an original half-model of the Soyuz TM-7 spacecraft, the capsule's thermal protection sample protected by an Altuglass plate, a title in French/Russian, two photos (pre-launch and return) and Jean-Loup Chrétien's mission logo. D. (frame) 39.5 x 48 cm Enclosed: a poster of the 1988 ARAGATZ mission, depicting the first spacewalk by a Frenchman. Poster autographed by Jean-Loup Chrétien 50 x 70 cm NOTE: Jean-Loup Chrétien (b. 1938), the first French-speaking astronaut in 1982 and the first non-Russian and non-American to perform a spacewalk. He accumulated 43 days of missions aboard the Saliout and Mir stations. He retired in 1991.
