Lili BOULANGER (1893-1918). autograph musical manuscript, Faust et Hélène, Nice November 2, 1913; 1 oblong page in-8, framed. Very rare musical autograph by this genial composer, who died at the age of 24. This album page presents 4 bars for voice and piano from her cantata Faust et Hélène, with which she won the Prix de Rome in 1913 (for the first time awarded to a woman); it is Faust's aria, marked "doux et ému": "Ne te souviens plus du passé qui pleure". At the bottom of the page, dedication "to Mademoiselle G. Cassin Lili Boulanger November 2, 1913 Nice".
