Manufacture FEUILLET, Paris Two wall plaques forming a pair with polychrome decorations of cabaret scenes: one in the taste of Teniers (La partie de cartes), the other after KRAUSE (La gaieté sans embarras). Dated 1831 lower left and signed BALTZ. One of them bears the inscription Feuillet à l'or on the reverse. First third of the 19th century, circa 1831 14 x 11 cm (accidents to frames) J. Georges BALTZ (1760 - 1831) Strasbourg artist, miniature and enamel painter. Appreciated for his landscapes and interior scenes.
