Charles DURET (1949) Lot of silver-plated jewelry including: - Two pairs of bird ear clips, signed in the hollow - Two bird brooches, signed Also included: Anonymous, silver-plated bracelet, signed with an intaglio monogram Charles DURET was born in Paris in April 1949. After studying Gemology and working at Place Vendôme in Paris, he set up his own company in 1983. He successively worked for prestigious names in French couture (Courrège, Givenchy, Rodier,). In 1993, he discovered metalwork and, as a self-taught designer, created his new collections of sculptural jewelry with a timeless essence.
