Illustration engraved by Augustin de Saint-Aubin: frontispiece after Cochin, repeated title vignette, 2 historiated bands (after Cochin in vol. I), 179 etchings with cameos and 55 culs-de-lampe. Without the 7 plates of 37 spintrian medals (tokens used to pay prostitutes or the entrance to lupanars) which are often missing. Some foxing. Significant angular spotting to the volume of plates.
