Magnificent Deperez d'Arsonval galvanometer, by J. Carpentier, circa 1880 in brass, with its glass bell fitted with a magnifying glass allowing precise measurements to be taken.
Dim with bell: 32 cm high, 23 cm diameter for the base.
Model from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (Actuelle Supélec) bearing its descriptive and inventory plates (one from the 1900s and one from the 1950s) and an engraving with the ESE logo
The wire for attaching the mirror and the red band at the base of the glass bell are missing.
