19th century MANUSCRIPT - Manuscript dated 5 December 1824 of 56 ff. bound in one vol. small in-4 red marble, spine gilt, gilt thread and garland frame with papal and cardinal arms in the centre of the upper board. Report and analysis of a churchman addressed to a high dignitary. The text, presented with diplomacy, consists of remarks, reproaches, proposals and suggestions in response to a government bill.
