Withdrawal of batches : No batch will be released before full payment has been received. In the case of payment by uncertified cheque, the withdrawal of the items may be deferred until receipt of payment. Bulky purchases that have not been collected in the auction room remain under the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The storage costs due by the purchaser must be paid at the storage facility storing the lots before their removal and on presentation of the paid slip. Warehousing fees from October 7th : small items : 20 € ht per week + 15 € ht for delivery and for large items and furniture : 50 € ht per week + 25 €ht for delivery
Dispatch of lots : The dispatch of lots is a facility granted by the SVV to customers, the SVV is not responsible for the transport of lots. The shipment of the lots will only take place at the express and written request of the successful bidder after the sale, accompanied by a letter of release of liability, and at his expense.
