French war armet Louis XIII period.
wrought iron stamp in two parts, with alternating edges decoration, includes a rare openwork feather-holder with fleur-de-lys decoration. At the top of the crest, a housing intended to receive a decorative element, probably a fleur-de-lys. The front, which is decorated with the stamp decoration, is pierced with two holes for the view each framed with six iron rivets. The decorated mesail with lines hemmed in its upper part has 45 iron rivets and a ring receiving the hook attached to the chinrest also hemmed. some accidents and stitches, beautiful patina.
